Hi visited last week & excellent service from Alison. She was very knowledgeable & gave me honest advice & she quickly knew what I was looking for. I felt heard & really connected with her. I was able to have my ring bought buy yourselves which was great & I left feeling absolutely over the moon. My Daughter didn't like it the next day but she quickly came round to it. Alison said try it over the weekend & if it needs sized just need to pop in. Have used Ian Gallacher many times before & would certainly say they are in my opinion a cut above the rest of the high street jewellers...Thank you for excellent service especially from Alison a truly lovely lady..😁
