As our website is just launched with items being added daily we hereby do not accept liability for inaccurate pricing and description. Any orders placed where an error has been made we reserve the right to cancel the order and offer again at the correct price.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

FREE Next day delivery on orders placed by 1pm (Monday to Friday). In some cases, it is not possible to size rings and they need to be made bespoke for you. If this is the case, we will get in touch when you place your order and specify your ring size, to give you an expected delivery date.

We use a Royal Mail Special Delivery Service where a signature will be required on delivery. Why? Because we know your order is important to you. When you receive your shipping email, you know your order is on its way. We won’t deliver to your next door neighbour if you’re out and we won’t leave it near your door either. To keep your order safe we’ll deliver to your delivery address only.

Please be aware that for jewellery orders with a value of approx £150 or less, a signature may not be required. For your convenience, we will parcel your delivery to fit through your letterbox, size permitting.

RING SIZES

Although we can size most styles of ring within an hour, there are some styles where this is not suitable, and on this occasion we may need to order your ring directly from our supplier, or make the piece bespoke. We’ll keep you updated with the progress of your order and will contact you immediately via email to let you know if we are unable to deliver within the 1-3 days time frame.

BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERIES

During Bank Holiday weekends we have no collection & delivery service so we would ask that you allow extra time for delivery when placing you order around Bank Holidays. Our normal services resume the next working day being Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday onwards. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. DELIVERY DELAYS

We always endeavour to deliver your item on time. In exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues we may experience delays. We politely ask that you understand in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.

LOST PACKAGES

Even though our packages are sent via the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our customer services if you think this may be the case with your order.

Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Ian Gallacher manufacturing jewellery and diamond merchant.

STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the date of despatch, and exchanged within 30 days from the date of despatch. If you choose to exchange your item outside of the 14 day refund policy, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty.

Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse, and only applies to items that have a manufacturing fault.

Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, personalised goods made to a customer’s specifications may not be returned. When your item is a special ordered large item, we do not keep stock of this item and we will raise an order through a supplier direct to you. In such cases you may not be able to return your goods if they are unwanted, however if you experience problems with your goods or order then please contact the Ian Gallacher manufacturing jewellery and diamond merchant customer services.

ORDERS

You will receive an email confirming your order with us, and this will be completed and dispatched within our advertised time frame, unless the following circumstances apply;

The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
Your not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions
Your order not passing our verification checks.

We cannot accept orders from persons under the age of 18. Orders placed using a debit/credit card must be based within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not accept non-UK credit or debit cards.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept PayPal payments or Interest Free Credit applications over the telephone.

TRACKING ORDERS

You will receive confirmation of your order via email. Once we dispatch your order, we will contact you again with your Royal Mail Special Delivery Reference. You can track your order via the Track and Trace page on the Royal Mail Website.

Where any products have a longer delivery time of 48 hours, our customer service team will contact you by email to confirm the approximate date of dispatch.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

All deliveries will be made to you at the addresses specified by you in the order. A signature may be required to receive the order when we dispatch via Royal Mail Special Delivery and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered.

If you decide to have your order delivered to a different address than your own, a signature may still be required and the general conditions of delivery will remain unchanged. Please note, orders paid using Interest Free Credit must be delivered to the same address as the billing address used to pay the deposit.

LOST PACKAGES

In the unlikely event of your item being lost in transit, please get in touch with our customer service team so we can contact Royal Mail on your behalf and organise re delivery of your order.
