This privacy notice explains what to expect us to do with your personal information when you contact us, place an order online or in store, bring jewellery in for repair, apply for finance, or visit our shop.

- Your name, billing and delivery address, email address and phone number when you place an order online (we use guest checkout — you do not need to create an account)
- Your name and contact details, and details of your item, when you bring jewellery in for repair or place an order in store
- Order, repair and purchase details
- Information you provide when you apply for finance through our finance provider
- Information you send us through our website contact form (such as your name, email, phone number and your message/enquiry)
- Payment information — this is handled securely by our payment and finance providers; we do not store your full card or finance details ourselves
- Anonymous website usage statistics collected through analytics, which help us understand how our website is used and do not identify you personally
- Process, fulfil and deliver the orders you place with us, online or in store
- Take in and carry out repairs, and allocate each item to the correct customer
- Confirm your identity for security when you collect your jewellery or completed order
- Pass your details to our finance provider when you choose to apply for finance, so your application can be assessed

- Contract — to process and deliver the orders you place, to take in and carry out repairs, and to pass your details to our finance provider when you ask to apply for finance.

- Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries you send us, to keep your jewellery secure and confirm your identity when you collect it, to prevent fraud, and to run and improve our business.
- PayPal — to process payments securely. PayPal acts as a separate data controller and handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.
- Omni Capital Retail Finance — when you apply for finance, we pass your application details to them. They act as a separate data controller and assess your application (including any credit checks) under their own privacy policy.
- Royal Mail — to deliver your orders.
- 20i — our website hosting provider.
- ETB Media — our website and IT support provider, who maintain the website on our behalf.
- Our accountant / professional advisers — for bookkeeping and to meet our legal obligations.
- Authorities — where we are legally required to share information (for example, HMRC or law enforcement).
- Order, transaction and finance records: 6 years, because we are legally required to keep financial records (for example, for HMRC).
- All other personal information (such as contact-form enquiries): we keep this for 10 years.
